2009 New Developments
In an ongoing effort to provide our readers with up-to-date analysis of
current issues in law and religion, our staff regularly prepares
bulletins offering brief summaries, which are posted on this page as
they become available and will be included with our next published
volume.
Due to the nature of New Developments, articles are often written and
researched before the publication of official reporter opinions. For
this reason some citations may refer to pre-publication opinions
available through online services or other unofficial sources, despite
later publication in official reporters. It is our goal to provide you
with accurate information regarding the most recent advancements in the
law. Any discrepancies between our citations and the citations later
available in official reporters are an unfortunate by-product of our
dedication to providing up-to-date legal analysis.
